At Brera Apartments, we strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds when booking a stay at our property.

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Check-In: Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the total booking amount, minus any non-refundable fees (such as service fees charged by booking platforms).

Cancellations Made 14 to 29 Days Before Check-In: Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the total booking amount, minus any non-refundable fees (such as service fees charged by booking platforms).

Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. The total booking amount will be retained.

Special Circumstances

Natural Disasters or Emergencies: If a natural disaster, severe weather, or other unforeseen emergencies make the property uninhabitable, guests may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay without penalty. Documentation may be required.

Medical or Family Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If a guest decides to leave the property before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.

Booking Modifications

Changing Dates: If you need to change your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Reducing the Number of Nights: If you wish to reduce the number of nights in your booking, our standard cancellation policy will apply to the canceled nights.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

Refund Process

Please note that certain fees, such as booking platform service fees or cleaning fees, may be non-refundable depending on the terms set by the booking platform. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
